The 28 II is IP67 rated (both waterproof and dustproof), has MHSA approval, has an extended operating temperature range of -15 to 55°C (and 95% humidity) and has even been designed to resist drops up to a height of 3m (10ft)! This digital multimeter can test AC/DC voltage from 0.1mV to 1000V, DC/AC current from 0.1μA to 10A, resistance from 0.1Ω to 50MΩ, capacitance from 1nF to 9999μF, frequency from 0.5 to 199.99kHz and temperature from -200 to 1090°C.
Fluke’s 28 II is a true RMS digital multimeter, ensuring accurate results when measuring AC voltage/current on non linear signals.
