Fluke T6-1000 Electrical Tester With FieldSense
The Fluke T6-1000 Electrical Tester With FieldSense is one of two new additions to the Fluke T- Electrical Tester range and is unlike existing go/no-go non-contact voltage testers as it features new FieldSense technology, putting the user’s safety, accuracy and efficiency at the forefront of its design.
Ideal for commercial and light industrial electricians, the T6-1000 has been optimised for use in basic troubleshooting; verifying individual circuits, and quickly checking for and measuring AC current and AC/DC voltage. Its FieldSense and True-RMS technologies allows the user to leadlessly,* accurately and simultaneously detect and measure AC voltage and current, saving the user time and enabling usage in tricky to access and/or tight spaces, such as crowded junction boxes. These measurements are then simultaneously displayed on the T6-1000’s backlit display.
Furthermore, the FieldSense technology also improves the safety of this product, as by simply and quickly slipping the 17.8mm jaw over the conductor being tested, removing the need for test leads* or metallic contact, the possibility of accidental contact with an energised wire or incorrect conductor is considerably reduced. The Fluke T6-1000 Electrical Tester can be operated using a single hand, enabling greater versatility of use and has measurement ranges of:
- AC/DC Voltage: 1-1000V
- AC Current: 0.1-200 A
- Resistance:1Ω-100kΩ
- Frequency: 45Hz-66Hz
This product can also verify continuity and voltage values. It also features many additional functions not found on its sister product the Fluke T5-1000 Electrical Tester, for example:
